Most modern boilers have an average life span of 10 years.
But we recently replaced a 30 year old Vaillant combi boiler with another new Vaillant combi.
With proper regular maintenance another 30 years could be achieved from the new Vaillant.
60 years from two boilers! Not bad eh?
